By using Friway's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Friway provides AI-powered poster creation services through WhatsApp. Our services include:

• Custom poster generation based on your requirements
• Template-based designs for festivals and promotions
• WhatsApp-based customer support
• Multiple pricing plans and subscription options

As a user of Friway services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and requirements
• Use our services only for legitimate business purposes
• Not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Pay for services as per the agreed pricing plans
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our technology

Your Content: You retain rights to content you provide (business name, promotional text, etc.). You grant us license to use this content to provide our services.

Generated Posters: You receive full commercial rights to use posters we create for you. However, you cannot resell our templates or service.

Our Platform: Friway's technology, templates, and platform remain our intellectual property.

Payment terms for Friway services:

• Free trial period as advertised (no payment required)
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are due in advance
• No refunds for partial months, except as required by law
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing customers

Friway provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• You can cancel your subscription anytime via WhatsApp
• We may terminate for violation of these terms
• We may discontinue services with 30 days notice
• Upon termination, you retain rights to previously created posters
